This tutorial guides you through the analysis of an open-hole coupon specimen which has been machined from an injection-molded plaque. An injection molding simulation will be performed with Moldflow and the coupon will be created with Abaqus. Advanced Material Exchange will be used to map fiber orientations to the structural model and characterize the non-linear material behavior. Finally, a structural analysis will be performed and results will be evaluated.
