Explanation

This problem occurs when:

The session key could not be validated.
For Flex license type, there are insufficient tokens.

Resolution

Check and re-enter your session key. If the problem persists, use Synergy to delete the session key and create a new one.
Check your user account is assigned to a subscription by your administrator, and that the subscription has not expired.
For Flex license type, check your account for your token balance and purchase additional tokens if required.
