Explanation

The solver cannot determine the type of model that you are attempting to run the analysis on.

Resolution

Export and then import your model using Patran (*.pat) or Autodesk Moldflow Insight Model File (*.udm) format.

Re-import the model and add the feed system or cooling system from scratch.
