Explanation

If the Closure approximation model is changed to a different model from the one used in the CRIMS correlation, the warpage results based on the CRIMS model may not be reliable.

Resolution

The Closure approximation model used in the CRIMS correlation should be used if the CRIMS shrinkage model is used. That is, the default Closure approximation model should be used in the Composite Property Calculation Options dialog, which is accessed by clicking Fiber parameters in the Process Settings Wizard, and clicking Composite property calculation options.
