Explanation

If the Micro-mechanics model is changed to a different model from the one used in the CRIMS correlation, the warpage results based on the CRIMS model may not be reliable.

Resolution

The Micro-mechanics model used in the CRIMS correlation should be used if the CRIMS shrinkage model is used. That is, the default Micro-mechanics model should be used in the Composite Property Calculation Options dialog, which is accessed by clicking Fiber parameters... in the Process Settings Wizard, and clicking Composite property calculation options....
