Explanation

This error will occur if the solver does not communicate to the license server through the internet for more than 15 minutes. This error may also occur if the device enters sleep mode or hibernate mode for more than 15 minutes.

Ensure that your internet connection is reliable and set your device to avoid sleep/hibernate mode while the solver is running. You can provide the given timestamp to your system administrator to ensure the network was stable while the solver was running.
