Script selection dialog reference

Explains the dialog to select and run repair or support scripts directly on a buildroom's contents

(text box)

Type to search for a script by name.

Default, Custom, Parametrized

Toggles display of default (built-in) scripts, custom scripts, or custom support scripts with a parametrization table, respectively. By default, all visibilities are enabled.

Machine workspaces may add their own default scripts. These are labeled Engine and switched using the Default button which is then also labeled Engine.

Buttons only show up when the associated types of script are available, otherwise the buttons are omitted.

Click and drag this icon to move an entry up or down in the list.

The script order is stored in %APPDATA%\script_dialog_order.xml.

Target

Switches between repair targets Selection, Faulty parts, All parts

Caution: Only the obvious and immediately detectable faults that produce the warning symbol, like holes and flipped triangles, count against Faulty parts; faults like self-intersections are not immediately detectable and so do not.

Map parametrized script by name

If the support script has a parametrization table associated, Netfabb attempts to map the entries in the table against the names of parts present or selected, checking from one up to all characters as counted from the end.

Execute

Runs the selected script on selected parts or all parts if none are selected

Cancel

Closes the dialog without running any script
