Note:
This template is not currently available for Fusion users.
There are two mandatory fields when creating a new claim, Product and Customer, that are currently single line text fields.
If there are existing workspaces that contain Customer contacts and Product details, it is recommended to use a picklist and link to these workspaces rather than using the default single line text fields.
