Note:
For users with Fusion connected sites, references to the 'Items' workspace should be the 'Components' workspace.
The template provides standard roles for various levels of permissions. Assign the following roles to the given stakeholders. You may want to add a group named Product Managers for the people managing the product portfolio and another group named Employees for the those consuming this product information.

| Checklists [R/W] | Checklists have to be updated and signed off by selected approvers to enable the product’s progress in its lifecycle. Grant this permission to people managing these checklists. | Product Managers or Executives |
| Checklists [R] | Insights in the checklist results can be of value for anyone. Grant this role to all employees to let them review the latest checklist details at any time. | Employees |
| Products [R/W] | Users with this role are able to initiate new products in context of Product Lines and Product Categories and also to manage all product related information. | Product Managers or Executives |
