View Project Tasks

View the project tasks for an item on the Project Management tab.

View Milestone and Task Details

• Click or to expand or collapse a row in the project table.

  When you expand a milestone or project task, the Gantt chart also shows details of the task at the milestone or project level. Milestones show as black diamonds with gray bars in front for milestone buffers, if any.

View the Gantt Chart

• From the Gantt Chart menu :
  • Select Split to view both the project table and the Gantt chart. Slide the divider between the two to adjust your view.
  • Select Hide to view only the project table.
  • Select Full to veiw only the Gantt chart.
• From the Time Scale menu, select the level of magnification for the Gantt chart. Select Autofit to see the entire schedule at once.
