Background Color Settings
For greater visual impact, change the background color of the model, selecting either a single solid color or a two-color gradient.
If you select a single color, a color wheel is presented where you can click the desired color, and then click in the central square to adjust the intensity.
In the lower part of the dialog you can see the numeric values for the chosen color in several standard formats: RGB (Red, Green, Blue), HSV (Hue, Saturation and Value), or HEX (Hexadecimal). These values are handy if you want to replicate a specific color, such as a corporate signature color, or if you simply want to use a consistent value for multiple models.
If you select a color gradient, the color wheel has two boxes at the top for you to choose two colors. The right box is for the color at the bottom of the window, and the left box is for the color at the top.
A sample gradient background is shown below.
The background color does not influence the model's point rendering style, but it is an integral part of the model, not simply a viewport style. When you export model data, the background color is included.
