To generate stirrup reinforcement, under Reinforcement definition, select Stirrups of footing pier. You can then define parameters of stirrups:

Note: it is not possible to define footing under a circular column in Robot, therefore there is no possibility to create circular stirrups. - Steel grade (family)
- Diameter and material of bars

Parameters of hooks and bars are loaded from families defined in Revit. A bar diameter and material are associated with a selected steel grade (family).
