Create a problem report

Fusion Manage requires a separate license and can be used with Fusion or independently. Learn about Fusion Manage licenses. Learn more.
A problem report may be created by team members who hold the Problem Reports [C] or Problem Reports [R/W] role to describe any issue to be resolved.
From the Dashboard menu
, click Workspaces.Go to Workspaces > Change Management > Problem Reports.

Click the Create icon, enter the required fields.
Click Save.
The problem report automatically forwards the given information to specified process owners for analysis and problem resolution.
