Create a problem report

Fusion Manage requires a separate license and can be used with Fusion or independently. Learn about Fusion Manage licenses. Learn more.

A problem report may be created by team members who hold the Problem Reports [C] or Problem Reports [R/W] role to describe any issue to be resolved.

  1. From the Dashboard menu dashboard menu, click Workspaces.

  2. Go to Workspaces > Change Management > Problem Reports.

  3. Click the Create icon, enter the required fields.

  4. Click Save.

    The problem report automatically forwards the given information to specified process owners for analysis and problem resolution.
