In Progress and Completed Uploads Details

Once you've started to upload files with or without references, the details of the upload will display in the In Progress tab. Once an upload is completed, the details are displayed in the Completed tab.

In Progress Tab

The In Progress Uploads page in In Progress tab shows a row for each active upload session.

Note: You can pause or resume uploads using the buttons in the State column.

The following columns are included:

Column Description
Upload name The name assigned to the upload by the user. If no name is provided, the date and time when the upload started will be displayed.
Local folder path The local folder path selected by the user for upload.
Total The total number of files in the selected folder intended for upload.
Pending The number of files yet to be uploaded. This value updates in real-time as the upload progresses.
Success The number of files successfully uploaded. This value updates in real-time.
Failed The number of files that failed to upload. This value updates in real-time.
Start The date and time when the upload began.
Completed The date and time when the upload was completed. This will remain empty in the In Progress table.
State Contains a button to pause or resume the upload. The duration of the pause/resume process depends on the number of files. While the action is in progress, a roller icon spins on the button to indicate the ongoing operation.
Note: The table dynamically updates to reflect ongoing uploads.

You can click a single in progress upload to view the details of that specific upload session.

The introductory text shows:

  • Total number of files to be uploaded to the project folder in Docs

  • Number of files which are pending upload

  • Number of files successfully uploaded

  • Number of files which have failed to upload

The table shows:

Column Description
No. of references Number of files referenced by the current file. This column is only visible when the Files with Reference upload option is selected.
File name Name of the file being uploaded.
Local folder path The file’s location in the system.
Status Displays the current status of the file upload (Success, Failed, Pending), represented by icons.
Target folder The ACC cloud path where the file will be uploaded.
Note: If you choose to exit or sign out of the Bulk Upload Tool, any in progress uploads will be canceled.

Above the table, a real-time progress bar is displayed, showing the current status of the upload along with the estimated time remaining.

Click Cancel to cancel an ongoing upload. Canceled uploads are moved to the Completed tab.

The upload entry is marked with a cross (✖) icon in the State column button to reflect that the upload was canceled. At the time of cancellation, any remaining files that have not been uploaded are moved to the failed state and are displayed under the Failed column within the completed uploads section.

Completed Tab

Once an upload is completed or canceled, its entry moves from the In Progress tab to the Completed tab where a new row is added to the Completed Uploads table.

Also, there are three radio buttons that allow the user to filter the displayed files:

  • Failed to Upload – Displays files that failed to upload, and host files along with their child files when references between them are not correctly linked.
