There are a number of ways available in InfoAsset Manager for deleting network objects.
Deleting objects from the GeoPlan
Deletion notification is configured in the General Page of the Options dialog. Available options are:
- No user notification (immediate deletion).
- Notification under the form of a progress dialog that is displayed for a minimum of 1.5 s. The ESC key can be used to abort the deletion.
- Confirmation dialog displayed asking the user to confirm deletion.
Deleting a selection using the Selection menu
Network objects can be deleted by
creating a selection and then using Selection operations
Delete all selected objects from the Selection menu.
Deleting a selection using Toolbar buttons
The Delete Selection button
on the
Selection Toolbar can be used for deleting selected network objects on the GeoPlan Window.
Create a selection and then click the button.
Deleting objects from the Grid windows
Delete objects from the grid windows by selecting one or more objects on the grid window and pressing the Delete key.
This technique only deletes selected rows from an single grid. It does not remove any selected network objects from other grids.
