Manifest Deployment Validation Messages

Error and warning messages relating to the Manifest Deployment object are displayed in the Output Window when a manifest deployment is validated.

Key to Messages

Left Column

The error message number is used internally by InfoWorks ICM. This number is unique, and may be useful when contacting us.

Centre Column

Name:	The error or warning message that is displayed.
Info:	Additional information about the error or warning, such as the name of the network object where the anomaly occurred
Cause:	Why the message has been displayed
Advice:	What, if anything, you need to do about it.

Right Column

	Information only - no further action needed
	Warning - action may be required
	Error - action necessary

List of Validation Messages

The table below displays the list of validation messages that will be displayed in the Output Window. Click on the message text for further information.

E1000

No manifests present

Info	Manifest
Cause	There are no manifests in the manifest deployment.
Advice	Add one or more manifests to the Manifest droptarget in the manifest deployment.

E1001

Manifest %1: invalid manifest (where %1 is the name of the invalid manifest)

Info	Manifest
Cause	The manifest is invalid because it has not been validated.
Advice	Validate the offending manifest.

E1002

Remote results root needs to be set

Info	Database management
Cause	Remote results need to be set.
Advice	Set the Remote Root (ideally to a network location).

E1004

Manifest <manifest ID> has a parent manifest specified: <parent manifest id>. Please add the parent to the manifest deployment.

Info	Manifest and Parent Manifest
Cause	A manifest in the manifest deployment has a parent manifest specified its Setup page that has not been included in the manifest deployment.
Advice	Add the parent manifest to the manifest deployment.

W1000

No alert theme present, no alerts will be displayed

Info	Theme
Cause	No GeoExplorer theme specified in the manifest deployment.
Advice	Ensure that a GeoExplorer theme is added to the Theme droptarget in the manifest deployment.

W1001

Theme is not a geoexplorer theme

Info	Theme
Cause	The theme specified in the manifest deployment is not a GeoExplorer theme.
Advice	Ensure that the theme added to the Theme droptarget of the manifest deployment is a GeoExplorer theme (See GeoPlan Properties dialog).
