Set linking picklists
In the Details section of the Ideas workspace, you can relate a given idea to existing products and product lines. In addition, the Implementation section contains fields referring to other records that track the implementation of a given idea, from product line through change requests.
By default, all these fields are basic single line text fields. You may want to change these fields to become picklists linked to the given target workspaces instead. Use the Workspace Manager to adjust the Item Details tab of the Ideas workspace to do this. For example, enable connections from Related Change Requests to the processes in Change Requests.
You can also add or remove fields from this list under Implementation.
