Set up roles and groups

Note:

For users with Fusion connected sites, references to the 'Items' workspace should be the 'Components' workspace.

The Quality Management template includes the roles and permission levels as outlined in the following table. The third column indicates the recommended groups you should assign each role to. These groups are relevant for the management and review of quality management processes.

Note: The Return Merchandise Authorization and Claims templates are included with the default tenant for Fusion Manage customers. However, they are not included in the Quality Manage template and must be installed separately from the Template Library.
