Choose an entry from the Fitting algorithm list to specify the method used to create the plane. Select:
- Least square to create a plane that minimizes the deviation across all probed points.
- Maximum material condition to create a plane that passes through the probed points with the greatest positive deviation.
- Least material condition to create a plane that passes through the probed points with the greatest negative deviation.
