As this template does not manage a specific business process, security and business logic is less critical. This app’s value is to speed up the implementation project. This is why usually all users of this template share the same user profile, granting full access permission to all of them. It does not enforce different levels of authorization & approvals, so that the team can decide about the granularity of information to be managed on their own.

It is recommended to create a new group “Implementation Team” and add to add all stakeholders of the implementation to this new group. This given group should have access to all the roles provided by this template, granting full access to all implementation team members:
