Create & lock version of the design

Once all items have been selected and target lifecycle is set, finish the release process by either clicking the given transition in the workflow graphic or by using the matching entry in the Workflow Actions menu:

Please note that this transition will only be performed if a target Lifecycle Transition has been selected for all entries in the Affected Items tab of the Quick Release process.

This action is available to the owner and all additional owners of the Quick Release process.

Once this process completed, completion details will be captured in the process’ details page, including the approver’s name, the approval date and also the comments that may have been entered during approval:

All items now will be available in a new version and locked. Users having the given permission, still can access the working version of the design to continue performing changes:
