Lifecycle Editor

Open the Lifecycle Editor which you can find in System Configuration of the administration menu:

At bottom of the screen, select the Quick Releases workspace on the left. Next, move all transitions to status Pre Release from list Available to list Selected. In a standard environment, this includes the transitions Initial Design Revision and Design Revision:
