Create a picklist

These steps outline how to create a simple picklist where each item contains one picklist entry and the name of the picklist it belongs to.

This requires three main stages:

1. Add values to the Pick List Values workspace.
2. Create a picklist from the Pick List Values workspace.
3. Use the picklist as a field in a different workspace.
