VAV with Water-Cooled Chiller with Electric Boiler Heat and Reheat - This system consists of a Variable Air Volume Air Handling Unit (AHU) served by a primary only chilled water loop and a primary only hot water loop. The VAV AHU includes a mixing box, a hot water coil and a chilled water coil. Each conditioned thermal zone is served by a single duct VAV box with a hot water reheat coil. The default ASHRAE Standard used to set the efficiency of regulated equipment is ASHRAE 90.1-2016.
