PTAC w/GAS

Packaged Terminal Air Conditioner with gas boiler - This system consists of a Packaged Terminal Air Conditioner (PTAC) serving each conditioned thermal zone. The PTAC provides heating using a hot water coil served by a primary only variable flow hot water loop utilizing a natural gas boiler. The default ASHRAE Standard used to set the efficiency of regulated equipment is ASHRAE 90.1-2016.
