Workspaces and Components

In Info360 Insight, you can create workspaces to visualize live and historical performance data.

Workspaces are made up of components such as charts, maps, and images, which are grouped together in a single space for easy reference. You can create as many workspaces as you want, and their layout and content are completely flexible.

For example, you may want to create a workspace to monitor performance indicators for your entire network, and then additional workspaces for each DMA.

You can choose to set one of your workspaces as your dashboard. See Dashboard for more information.

You can also set workspaces as favorites using the three dot menu Add favorite.

To make sure you are always see the latest data in your workspace charts, you can use the auto refresh setting . This will bring in any new data every 5 minutes.

Add a Map to a Workspace
Add a map to your workspace to view GIS layers, sensors, etc.
Create a Table
Create a table in your workspace to display time series data or latest sensor values.
Create a Pie Chart
Add a pie chart to see how a total amount is divided between a group of sensors.
Add an Analytic Chart
Once you have created an Analytic in Tools, you can add a chart with the results to a workspace.
Create a Comparison Chart
Add a Comparison Chart to compare single data points for a group of sensors.
Create a Pump Status Chart
Add a Pump Status Chart to see the statuses of a group of sensors in a specific time interval (e.g., last 24 hours).
Add a Text Box
Add a text box to add text descriptions to your workspace. For example, you may want to add an explanation or observations beside a chart.
Create a Pump Runtime Chart
Pump runtime charts allow you to see the amount of time a pump has been running in a given time range.
Add an Image to a Workspace
You can add images (schematics, process and instrument drawings, satellite images, etc.) to your workspace to help give context to your data.
Add Latest Alerts to a Workspace
View latest alerts in your workspace by adding a latest alerts component.
Add a Quick Access Link
Add shortcut links in your workspace to specific Info360 Insight analytics, forms, reports, etc., or add links to external pages.
Add a KPI
Add KPIs to your Workspace to track performance in relation to a goal or limit.
Create a Comparison Table
Add a Comparison Table to compare data points for different groups of sensors. For example, to compare the latest sensor readings for different facilities of the same type.
Export Workspace as PDF
Export your workspace to PDF and share it as a report with stakeholders.
