An innovation project contains all activities required to complete the project and produce the specified deliverables. Activity completion is managed using sprints. Each sprint is a set period of time (typically two weeks) during which selected activities are assigned to a person or team to complete. Once one sprint is complete, the next sprint can be kicked off. This process repeats until the project is complete. This enables you and your team to complete a project in an agile manner. Here we lay out the process of creating an innovation project, planning and managing sprints, and completing the project.
