Claims management in the context of Quality Management involves the process of handling and resolving complaints or claims from customers regarding product quality or service. These could include issues related to product defects, non-compliance with specifications, or dissatisfaction with the service provided. Use this workspace to manage all customer claims.
Note: The Claims template is included with the default tenant for Fusion Manage customers. However, it is not included in the Quality Manage template and must be installed separately from the Template Library.
