Corrective Actions / Preventive Actions (CAPA) aim to eliminate causes of non conformances and prevent recurrence. It may include processes for finding the root cause of problems, solving those problems, documenting the conditions and solutions for the future, and proactively looking for potential problems and their solutions. This workspace manages all CAPA processes.
