Note:

For users with Fusion connected sites, references to the 'Items' workspace should be the 'Components' workspace.

After the supplier has submitted the proposal, additional Items that are affected by this proposal can be added in this tab. This info helps the technician to better understand the scope of the proposal. Additionally, this list can be used as input for follow-up processes. For example, this list can be used as reference when creating a Change Request from this proposal.

Follow-Up Processes

The supplier proposal may require follow-up processes to solve an issue or to prevent an issue from happening again. The proposal’s section Technical Review & Related Processes enables management and tracking of such processes. Users can create given processes in the various fields by clicking the plus icon or relate to an existing process by using the drop-down list.
