Network Objects can be created on the GeoPlan Window, the Long Section Window or on the appropriate Grid Window. Digitisation tools allow objects to be drawn and edited on the GeoPlan Window. See the following topics for further information:

In addition to the basic editing functionality there are a number of advanced tools for creating network objects:
- Advanced Polygon and Polyline Editing - tools for use in cleaning up polygon and line geometry
- Generating Overland Flow Paths - automatically generates links and nodes based on a Gridded Ground Model or GIS Background Layer Lines.
