Right-click the Analysis node in the model tree and select Unload Results to remove any existing results from the analysis. The results file in not deleted from your hard drive, but the results are unloaded from the computer's memory.
In Autodesk Inventor, you can also access the Unload command from the expanded Results panel of the Autodesk Inventor Nastran ribbon tab.
Although the results are removed when you execute this command, the Results items in the model tree remain (now in a grayed-out state). Any custom settings also remain. Therefore, when you later reload the results, or load a different *.FNO file, you do not have to redefine the Results items or custom settings.
You can also perform this command by right-clicking an empty space of the
Autodesk Inventor Nastran Model Tree and selecting
Unload Results from the context menu.
