Change Approval Templates
Change approval templates define standard approval flows for both change requests and change orders. These templates determine responsible coordinators and required approvals, so you must select one when creating a new change request or change order. If a change order is created automatically by a preceding change request, the system copies the relevant information from the selected template to ensure consistent responsibilities. Templates can also define standard change task templates to standardize change execution. Find the Change Approval Templates workspace under the Reference category.
Change approval templates are found in Workspaces > Reference > Change Approval Templates.
