Store Documents
New records can be created in the Implementation Documents workspace at any time. These records do not have a workflow attached and are used only to hold the files. In order to find these files easier, the team can describe the documents with some basic data (only Title is mandatory).
The given document can also be related to a Business Process, Project Phase and Event in a similar manner as the Implementation Tasks. The assignment of Implementation Documents however will not create any further relationship nor drive any logic.
