View the progress of an inspection report
In the main Inspection Report tab, the Basic section contains a Results Summary field that automatically captures information from the Inspection Results section. Each cell is colored green if the result is Yes, red if the result is No, and amber if the result is N/A. This provides a visual summary of the results of the inspection.
The Basic section also has an Outcome field that updates based on the state of the workflow. While the workflow is in the New, Information & Data Received, In Process, and Results Review, the Outcome field shows Review is Pending. If the report has passed, it says PASSED and is colored green. If the report has failed, it says FAILED and is colored red.

The Closing section captures the date the report was closed, who closed it, the result of the report, and any closing comments added to the report.
The Milestones tab is used for tracking and time management related to the inspection report. It automatically captures when results are captured and reviewed, and fills out columns including the target date, status, days from the target date, and workflow progress. Click Edit to modify the contents of each of these columns, such as setting a warning for specific milestones. Click Add to add additional milestones to the timeline.
In the Workflow tab, the Workflow History drop-down highlights when the workflow was moved to the next state, who clicked each transition, and the comments that were added.
All actions taken and comments added to the inspection report are logged in the Change Log tab of the inspection report.
