View the history of a CAPA
All actions taken and comments added to the CAPA are logged in the Change Log tab of the CAPA.
In the Workflow tab, the Workflow History drop-down highlights when the workflow was moved to the next state, who progressed the workflow, and the comments that were added at each step.
The Milestones tab is used for tracking and time management related to the CAPA. By default, it contains a list of each stage of the CAPA workflow along with the target dates for each state, its current status, the time left until the state should be achieved, and when warning messages should be sent. Click Edit to modify the content of each of these columns. Click Add to add additional milestones to the timeline.
The Tracking section in the main CAPA Details tab is automatically filled in as the workflow progresses through each stage and captures who completed each step, when they did so, and the comments they added at the time. It brings the information from the Workflow tab to the main tab for easier access and readability.
