Fills the space under the supported area with a closed volume or with open structures formed from intersecting polyline walls

Parameter | Description | Notes |
---|---|---|
Description |
Holds a text label for the action that remains visible even when the action parameters are collapsed in the script tab |
|
![]() |
Sets a display color for the support elements generated by this action |
Cannot be reverted once changed, only explicitly set to a new color |
Cluster | ||
Contour accuracy |
Specifies maximum permissible deviation when following a cluster's contour |
0.01 mm to 0.50 mm |
Contour offset to wall |
Enforces a distance between a cluster contour and a wall (a concave border) |
0.01 mm to 5.00 mm |
Free contour offset |
Enforces a distance between a cluster contour and the next edge (a convex border) |
0.01 mm to 5.00 mm |
![]() |
Cluster sections narrower than this value do not receive volume support by this action, leaving a gap that can be filled by other actions. |
0 mm to 100 mm |
Anchor distance |
Maximum distance between fix points which trace the cluster contour. The smaller this value, the more anchors are generated even when the contour does not require more points, such as on straight stretches. Corners in the polygonal shape of the cluster contour always enforce generation of a new anchor. Moving an anchor point adjusts the shape. The more anchor points are available, the more places are available to adjust the shape. Having many more anchors than necessary can negatively impact performance. |
0.01 mm to 10000 mm |
Support properties Volume |
Parametrization for the shape of the volumes generated by this support action |
