Manage RMA attachments
Note:
For users with Fusion connected sites, references to the 'Items' workspace should be the 'Components' workspace.
You may attach files to the RMA, such as documents that provide additional information about the reason for the RMA.
- From the Return Merchandise Authorization workspace, open the QIP you want to attach files to.
- From the Attachments tab, click Upload.
- Locate the file you want to upload and click Open.
- In the Upload window, specify a name, description, and folder for the file.
- Click Upload.
Work with RMA attachments
Once a file is uploaded, you may work with it in a number of ways.
- If a file is a supported file type that can be viewed in the Viewer, it shows as a clickable link. Click an attachment to view the file. See Attachments.
- Select the attachment and click Download to download a copy to your computer.
- Click Bulk Download to download all attachments at once.
- Select an attachment, then click More Actions for additional actions to perform on the file, including uploading a new version of the file and removing it.
