Headloss Curve Data Fields (InfoWorks)

In an InfoWorks network, a headloss condition must be specified at each end of a conduit. The headloss condition represents the extra energy loss due to turbulence at a manhole or junction. Any of the following built in headloss conditions may be specified:

  • No headloss
  • Normal manhole headloss
  • High manhole headloss
  • Fixed headloss

or a headloss curve can be defined using the Headloss Curve Grid Window of the Links Grid and Headloss Curve Property Sheet in InfoWorks ICM or ICMLive Configuration Manager .

Note: To view all data relating to this object, use the Object Properties Window. These data fields are read-only in ICMLive Operator Client. Network objects are configured in InfoWorks ICM Ultimate and ICMLive Configuration Manager. Please refer to the InfoWorks ICM help for more details.

The following table describes all the specific data used to define a Headloss Curve.

Fields that are common to the majority of objects can be found in the Common Fields topic.
