View the history of a project activity

Note:

For users with Fusion connected sites, references to the 'Items' workspace should be the 'Components' workspace.

All actions taken and comments added to the activity are logged in the Change Log tab of the project.

In the Workflow tab, the Workflow History drop-down tracks the changes made to the workflow, including moving the workflow to another state, who made the changes, and the comments added by the participants of the workflow.

In the Project Activity tab, the Status section is updated as the progress is updated on the activity. The Schedule section is updated based on when an activity's schedule is changed and completed. The Workflow Comments History section contains all workflow comments added when the workflow is progressed.
