View the history of a QI

All actions taken and comments added to the QI are logged in the Change Log tab of the QI.

In the Status tab, the Workflow History drop-down highlights when the workflow was moved to the Closed state, who closed it, and the comments that were added.

The Milestones tab is used for tracking and time management related to the QI. By default, it only contains a milestone for when the QI is closed. There are columns for target dates, the status, the time left until the state should be achieved, and when warning messages should be sent. Click Edit to modify the content of each of these columns. Click Add to add additional milestones to the timeline.
