Validation outcome analysis

In status Reporting, the selected user will be asked to review the test results and to take decision about a possible repetition of the test. This user also can define a list of users that will be asked to acknowledge the given results.

The user selected for Reporting in the Schedule & Responsibility section will be notified about the completion of test execution by mail and find the given process in his My Outstanding Work list. If a target date has been defined, this date will be shown in the list as well.

On execution completion, Fusion Manage will indicate the overall outcome in the Basic section. If at least one test failed, the overall result will be set to Failed as well. Along with the repetition indicator, this gives a first impression about possible next steps.

The given user also can decide about a possible repetition of the same validation process in the Closing & Results section. If this is set to Yes, Fusion Manage will automatically create the follow-up validation process and copy the list of tests to this new repetition.

If the test results and the decision should be shared with additional users, they can be listed in the Acknowledgement section. All these users will be notified when the Reporting status is left and will have to perform the given workflow action before the process can be closed. If this field is left empty, the validation process can be closed directly from the Reporting status.
