Automation for Requirement Specifications (optional)
You may want to review the Requirement Specifications script onCreate
to adjust the IDs of new specifications (and with that of new requirements). You may also want to change the default name of the top-level requirement that is created with each new specification. Reach out to your implementation partner if you are not familiar with scripting in Fusion Manage.
By default, all new Requirement Specifications will receive a unique 4-digit identifier. If you want to also use a prefix to this ID. (that is ‘SPEC’), please define this prefix in the location shown in the following screenshot. In this screenshot, you can also find the location that defines the title of the top-level requirement that is created automatically (default is ‘Top Level Requirement’). Provide any title that you prefer in here.
After changing the script, the given changes will be taken into account for all new Requirement Specifications automatically.
