Manage design review attachments
Note:
For users with Fusion connected sites, references to the 'Items' workspace should be the 'Components' workspace.
The Attachments tab contains all documentation associated with the design review. You may want to attach files to the design review, such as documents that provide additional information about the review process, design specifications, evaluation criteria, evidence of review results, and so on.
Add an attachment
- From the Design Reviews workspace, open the review you want to attach files to.
- From the Attachments tab, click Upload.
- Locate the file you want to upload and click Open.
- In the Upload window, specify a name, description, and folder for the file.
- Click Upload.
Work with review attachments
Once a file is uploaded, you may work with it in a number of ways.
- If a file is a supported file type that can be viewed in the Viewer, it shows as a clickable link. Click an attachment to view the file.
- Select the attachment and click Download to download a copy to your computer.
- Click Bulk Download to download all attachments at once.
- Select an attachment, then click More Actions for additional actions to perform on the file, including uploading a new version of the file and removing it.
