Functions that modify the triangle net, accessible either through the menu or through repair scripts, or both. Some manual input may be required.
Repair actions modify the triangle net based on various determined criteria. This ranges from detecting holes and inserting filling triangles, over determining triangles being inverted and flipping them, to finding self-intersections and dealing with those as specified.
These tools are available across the main menu, the context menus, the context view of the repair module, but also as chainable actions to form repair scripts. (Not all scriptable actions are available through menus for interactive use. Likewise, not all interactive actions are available as scriptable ones.)
Many of these actions require, or allow, a selection of triangles to work on.

A highly irregular mesh is partly selected in preparation for remeshing.
Actions available for interactive use come with a dialog that permits saving and recalling settings.

Create and save new settings as needed, even export and import them.
