D6 - Implement permanent corrective actions

Now that a plan has been put in place to correct the issue, you can now implement it. This may happen in conjunction with the CAPA and change request selected in section D5. At this time, if a change request has been approved, a change order may have been started to capture the change. This information is filled into the D6 – Implement Permanent Corrective Actions section.

1. Click Edit.

2. In the D6 – Implement Permanent Corrective Actions section, fill in the following information.

   • Related Change Order – Enter the name and number of the change order that outlines the change to be made to identified items. If your administrator has configured this to read from the Change Orders workspace, select the relevant CO here.
   • Corrective Actions Summary - Summarize the corrective actions taken for easy understanding by others who may want to review past issues.

3. Click Save.

Once you have completed this section, you can proceed to the next phase.

• Click the Return transition if further corrective actions need to be developed.
• Click the Proceed to D7 Reoccurrence Prevention transition to move to the D7 phase.
