Function that returns the specified Pipe feature using an index into the collection.
Syntax
"pipeFeatures_var" is a variable referencing a PipeFeatures object.returnValue = pipeFeatures_var.item(index) |
"pipeFeatures_var" is a variable referencing a PipeFeatures object.

Parameters
