Explanation

The Perform core shift analysis option in Solver parameters is on, however the modeled core has not been constrained.

Resolution

Select (Analysis > Set Constraints) and apply suitable constraints to the core, or turn off the core-shift option in the advanced options to run a regular Fill+Pack analysis.
