Explanation

For accuracy of the solution, the inlet and outlet nodes must be specified on the inlet and outlet face before meshing, so that the mesher can identify the inlet and outlet faces. This error is likely to arise if the inlet and outlet nodes have not been specified prior to meshing.

Resolution

Specify the inlet and outlet coolant nodes on the relevant faces before proceeding with meshing. Right click on Create cooling circuits in the Study tree and specify Set coolant inlets for Channel (3D) and Set coolant outlets for Channel (3D).
