Explanation

No values have been specified for the Mold-melt Heat Transfer Coefficient (HTC) in the Thermoplastic injection molding solver parameters (3D) dialog.

Resolution

Click (Analysis > Process Settings Wizard), click Advanced options, then click the Edit button associated with Solver parameters. Select the Mesh tab, then enter values for Filling, Packing and Detached in the Mold-melt Heat Transfer Coefficient (HTC) values section.
